Tala Terms & Conditions
  1. Non-refundable deposit - is needed in order to secure your wedding date. This deposit is payable within 2 weeks of making the provisional booking. Should there be an enquiry for the same date before the 14 day period is over you will be contacted and asked to make a decision on whether you would like to confirm your tentative reservation. Failing that your provisional booking will fall away.

  2. Accommodation is limited and will be sold to your guests on a first come first served basis. Please note that we do not allow block bookings to be made on accommodation unless all rooms are paid for in full at the time of booking.

For standard accommodation bookings we require a 50% deposit from guests wanting to stay for your wedding 7 days after you have secured your wedding date. 100% full payment must be made at least two months before arrival. All rooms which have not been paid for in full two months before your wedding will be released to the general public and our normal cancellation terms will apply.

Children pay full price per bed reserved. Where children are accommodated in the same room as their parents 50% will be charged for a mattress to be made up on the floor. Please note that only a selected few rooms can take mattresses. Babies are not charge for but guests are encouraged to supply their own travel cots.

  3. Menu. Please note that La Tala Restaurant will be responsible for all catering at venues specified by your coordinator. Outside catering will only be agreed to under the following circumstances:

    • You require specialist catering such as Halaal or Kosher. In the event of the entire wedding being catered for by an outside Kosher or Halaal specialist a surcharge per person will be applicable.

    • A marquee wedding has been requested due to the fact that all available venues at Tala have been booked out and the La Tala Restaurant has reached its catering capacity. You will then be permitted to bring in outside caterers; a surcharge per person will be applicable.

Should you wish to inter-change the Tala menu options, please speak to your coordinator or our in-house chef.

Children 3-12 years who attend a wedding at Tala shall eat at half price.
